We have been advising businesses for several years now and our friendly team have the experience and expertise to support you and your business from day one, whatever issue comes your way.

Our services include the obvious stuff – accounting, VAT, financial reporting, taxation and financial management.
But we also offer much more than just the “usual” accountancy services too.

Our Business Advisory, Funding Support and Virtual CFO services grew organically. We saw the additional services our clients needed – independent business advice, help to obtain funding, and much, much more – so we developed and created them, to meet the needs of the businesses we work with.

We offer a wealth of services to over 350 small and medium size businesses right across the UK, including start-ups, sole traders and limited companies who operate in many industries.

We work with small local businesses, all the way through to well-established family businesses, medium size progressive companies and franchise networks.

And we do it all from two locations, one in the heart of the Square Mile in London and another nestled into the West Yorkshire countryside, with an amazing team.

Kashif Akram

Kashif Akram

Director/Senior Partner

Kashif founded the firm in 2012 specialising in both corporate and personal tax, advising a number of entrepreneurial businesses and their owners. His knowledge and experience span various sectors although he takes keen interest in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.

He regularly advises clients on strategy, business management, turnaround, mergers, acquisitions and sales.

Kashif also has special expertise in personal taxation, in particular advising high net worth individuals and strategic investors interested in Enterprise Investment Schemes.

Kashif is also actively working with several progressive clients as their virtual DoF and board advisor.

Formerly at RSM and the National Health Service, Kashif has over 14 years’ of experience in audit, advisory, assurance and financial management.

Rubina Khan LLB

Rubina Khan LLB

Director/Practice Manager

Rubina is the Practice Manager and the firm’s legal support advisor.

She provides a first-class practice, systems and financial/ credit management to allow for continued development and growth of the firm.

Rubina has previously worked with several law firms specialising in family, immigration and employment law. Her versatility and expertise mean that she facilitates and support clients outside the core accounting affairs.

Outside of work, Rubina enjoys spending time with her young family and enjoys travelling.

Asma Akram

Asma Akram

Payroll Manager

Heading up the Payroll department, Asma manages a diversified portfolio of clients, from owner-managed companies to large businesses, also incorporating the payroll function of auto-enrolment.

Recently, Asma has been training up to manage owner-managed and micro entities on all aspects of accounting and tax affairs.

Away from the office, Asma is a school governor at a local primary school, assist young children with reading and enjoys experimenting with her culinary skills.

Emilia Stelmachowska

Marketing Manager

Emilia is an experienced Graphics Designer and Marketing specialist, responsible for managing and overseeing the firm’s online and offline marketing content. This includes the launch and day-to-day management of four social media platforms, a logo revamp, website redesign, designing inhouse literature and creating campaigns/mailshot content.

Emilia is an excellent baker and in her spare time, she loves baking cakes, enjoys eating out and spending time with her young family.

Kashmala Akram

Assistant Accountant

Kashmala works with our Client Managers and is responsible for providing entrepreneurial support advice to our clients across multiple sectors. Kashmala graduated in Law from the University of Huddersfield and has lived in the Middle east for several years.

She is responsible for providing back office support to several owner-managed, micro and medium enterprises and operate as a virtual Accounts Manager for multiple businesses.

Kashmala loves planes and long hauls and enjoys travelling back to the Middle East from time to time.

Mohammad Mukadam

Mohammad Mukadam

Assistant Accountant

Mohammad is a new member of the team, having just recently joined KRA Accountants Ltd in November 2017. He has just graduated from Teesside University with a First-Class Honour in Accounting and Finance.

Mohammad works as an Accounts Assistant, aiding the director and his colleagues in daily tasks such as book-keeping and preparing VAT returns. He is also currently working towards his ACCA.

In his spare time, Mohammad enjoys watching and playing football, and occasionally likes a good book or three to read.
